💰 Virtual Currency (Coins)

Coins are an in-game virtual currency used for:

Coins have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money.

All coin purchases are delivered automatically after checkout.

📦 Delivery Information

  • Purchases are usually delivered instantly.

  • If delivery is delayed, please wait up to 5–10 minutes.

  • You do not need to be online unless stated otherwise.

If you do not receive your purchase:

  1. Re-log into the server

  2. Wait a few minutes

  3. Contact staff with your Tebex receipt ID

🔁 Refund Policy (IMPORTANT)

Due to the nature of digital virtual goods, ALL purchases are final and non-refundable.

  • Any other in-game items

Once an item is delivered, it cannot be refunded, transferred, or reversed.

🚫 Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or PayPal dispute will result in:

  • Permanent ban from the server

  • Removal of purchased items

  • Possible ban from future Tebex stores

You are responsible for:

  • On the wrong account
